We want you to have an incredible shopping experience each time. For this reason, we offer Free Shipping + Free Returns on all orders.

Delivery

Our delivery logistics team works hard to get your order to you in time and in the best condition. Once you place an order we will send you a confirmation email and begin processing your order. Most orders are shipped out of our warehouse within 24 hours. Once shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details regarding your order. Orders are usually delivered within 1-4 working days. However, delivery time may vary according to locations in India and shipping delays due to circumstances outside of our control. It is crucial that you provide the correct address, PIN Code and shipping details to ensure a timely delivery. Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday.

If your order arrives at the address and there is no one to pick up the package, we will contact you immediately regarding the same. If there is no response, we will inform you about the failed attempt to deliver and schedule another delivery soon. However, after three failed attempts at delivery, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will cancel the order. If the order was prepaid online, we will refund 50% of the total value of items ordered. You will be informed of the same. Orders are shipped on all days except Holidays & Sunday.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
  2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  3. Fire, explosion, storm, floor, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other Natural disaster.
  4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  6. The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

COD (Cash on Delivery)

We provide the option for you to pay by Cash on Delivery for all orders. There is no extra charge in case you choose to pay by this option. Once your order is delivered, you will have to pay the logistics agent the total amount in cash only at the time of delivery. The order will be handed to you only when the full payment is complete. Credit Cards are not accepted if you choose this mode of payment. Please ensure that you have the exact change for the order, the person delivering the order might not have spare change available.

Returns

At Spotstyl, we take returns very seriously. We accept returns for all orders within 10 days of delivery. To initiate the return, log on to Spotstyl.com and place a return request. Please select the items you want to return and provide a valid reason for your return request. Once submitted, we will accept or reject your request and notify you of the same. If accepted, you will get an email confirmation outlining the return process. We will also send a logistics agent to pick up the item from you as soon as possible. To prepare item for pickup please ensure the following:

1. Put item in an unsealed packet
2. Ensure that the item is not used, damaged or washed
3. Make sure that the original tags and labels are intact
4. Place order invoice inside the packet

When we receive your items our team will do a thorough quality check. Items returned must be in their unused condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. Once approved, we will contact you regarding the refund process.

Refunds

If you returned item is approved by our Quality Control team, you will be notified via email regarding the returns process.

For orders with online payments, we can do a reverse transaction and complete the return request using our secure payment gateway, CCAvenue.

If the order was placed with Cash On Delivery payment mode, then the user must provide their bank details so that we can refund the money. Please note that it might take up to 15 days for the transaction to be complete.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable for all orders.

Cancellation
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made. You can only choose to return your item(s) once they have been delivered.
